Free cancellation

Cancel free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup, by WhatsApp or phone.

Inside 12 hours

A cancellation charge may apply once a vehicle and driver have been allocated, particularly on night and early-morning pickups where the driver has already been positioned.

No-show

If nobody is at the pickup point 60 minutes after the booked time and we cannot reach you, the booking is treated as a no-show and charged.

Our side

If we cannot operate a confirmed booking, we arrange a replacement vehicle or refund in full.
